About the founder

Mohamad Samhat — bridging medicine, biomechanics and strength.

A current medical student at the University of Worcester, with a Bachelor's in Human Kinetics & Physiology and a Master's in Medical Physics. CSEP-certified personal trainer translating advanced medical knowledge into practical, lifestyle-fit programming.

My philosophy integrates strength, biomechanics and metabolic health for optimal performance and resilient health — particularly for special populations and specific medical conditions.
